Multistate practice
Minnesota has enacted NLC legislation but has not implemented it. Licences issued here are single-state until implementation completes.
NLC bills have been introduced in Minnesota but not enacted (HF1925 failed committee Feb 2026, HF591 inactive May 2026), so multistate licenses are not yet available.
