Multistate practice
New York has enacted NLC legislation but has not implemented it. Licences issued here are single-state until implementation completes.
NLC bills (S3916/A4524) have been introduced in New York but not enacted; budget proposals to join were rejected by the Legislature, so multistate licenses are not yet available.
